High waisted, back zippered dress has a scoop neck, drawstring drawn thru neck casing, and bodice band sewn to front and back tied in front; short sleeves with elastic in the lower casings have gathered cap.   Bonnet has tucked brim, ruffling and ribbon or tape drawn thru casing.  Bag has trimming and ribbon or tape drawn thru casing.
