The semi-fitted jacket has a round neckline and top stitch trim and is sleeveless or wrist length sleeves.

Women's 1960/1970 Vintage Sewing Pattern:

 

This loose-fitting dress in below mid-knee length and top have purchased cording drawstring neckline forming self ruffle, fornt neckline slit, self tie belt and full length raglan sleeves with elasticized wrists forming self-ruffles. A-line skirt in below mid-knee length has elasticized waistline.

This pattern is a "How to Sew Pattern" The dress is view 1 with high round neckline, has a collar, short sleeves gathered to elastic casings, a back zipper and optional button trim. The pinafore in views 1 & 2 with skirt gathered to lined bodice above the normal waistline, has a squared neckline, back button closing, self fabric tie ends and ruffle trim. View 2 has a contrasting bodice, ruffles and tie ends.
