This cute ensemble was designed by Willi Smith of WilliWear. The loose fitting top has a notched collar, front and back gatheres, front buttoned closing, patch pockets, elasticized drawstring waistline, and topstitch tirm. The full length, two-piece raglan sleeves, gathered into narrown buttoned cuffs extend into front and back yokes. The slightly flared pants darted into waistband have a front zipper closing.

Vogue 1821:

This wonderful ensemble was designed for Vogue by American Designer Carol Horn. THe loose-fitting, unlined, three-quarter length jacket has a center front opening, shaped pointed collar, one-piece self lined yoke, patch pockets and full-length sleeves which may be rolled up to desired length.(note- wrong side of fabric will show) Topstitching. With or without self-tie belt holding in fullness at the waistline. Tapered pants with front tucked into the waistband have mock fly front zipper closing and pockets in the side seams. Flared, four-gore skirt, four inches below mid-knee, has elasticized waistline and pockets in the side seams. Purchased belt. Copyright Date: Not sure 70's

Boxy, lined to edge vest has a "u"neckline, front buttoned closing, cut-away armholes, side hemline slits, edge top stitching. A-line dirndl skirt in below mid-knee length has straight waistband, back zipper and pockets in side seams. Straight-legged pants darted into buttoned contour waistband have slanted side pockets, self carriers and mock fly front zipper
