Dress or pinafore has a scoop neckline, back-buttoned, gathered skirt.  Puffed sleeve dress, or self pinafore sleeve ruffle.  Panties, plastic lined, open flat.  Hammer-on snap fasteners at sides, elastic across back.  Bonnet ties under chin, opens flat.  Rows of novelty trim (optional) spark dress, pinafore, panties and bonnet.
